Steampunk'd Truth

This is a Polymer Clay pendant. It was painted using acrylics and mica powders. The pendant is approximately an inch and a half in diameter. Included is an 18" cord with brass/antiqued findings and lobster clasp. The cord is made of polyurethane and is 1.3 mm thick.

Truth/FU:
Like philosophers everywhere, the classical Chinese philosophers argued about the nature of essential truth. In general, though, they agreed on one thing: Truth is The Way, the essential order of things in the universe and the natural inclinations that drive human actions. What better means to express this idea in the written language than through the image of a bird’s foot placed protectively over its young? - Barbara Aria
